Qualifications

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Technology, or related field with IT infrastructure, security, and operations.
• 3+ years of hands-on IT administration managing corporate environments, user access, and assets.
• Proven expertise in Google Workspace administration at scale: users, permissions, licenses, security policies.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity: firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, access controls, IT risk prevention.
• Experience with infrastructure and network management: diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with identity and access management: secure onboarding/offboarding and credential administration.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented: maintain inventories, docs, procedures, and controls.
• Basic technical English (B1 minimum): read docs, configure international platforms, communicate with vendors.

We're looking for an IT Operations & Security Administrator to join our team!!

We combine technology, real-time visibility, and seamless coordination across continents to move the world forward.

As our IT Operations & Security Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our technology infrastructure, ensuring our active clients and teams across multiple countries have secure, reliable, and efficient access to the platforms and tools that keep tons of air and land freight moving every year. You'll own the administration of corporate systems, safeguard our digital assets, and build the controls and processes that enable us to scale with confidence.

What You'll Do

Administer Google Workspace end-to-end — manage corporate accounts, licenses, permissions, shared drives, and security configurations to ensure seamless collaboration and compliance across the organization.

Own user access management — execute secure onboarding and offboarding procedures, create, modify, and revoke access to corporate platforms, and maintain strict control over credentials and identity governance.

Provide internal technology support — manage and resolve IT incidents and requests from employees, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution to keep operations running smoothly.

Maintain the technology asset inventory — track and control the assignment, availability, and lifecycle of computers, devices, software licenses, and tech resources with full traceability.

Manage cybersecurity tools — administer and monitor firewalls, antivirus, antimalware, endpoint protection, and MDM solutions to safeguard corporate devices and data from threats.

Oversee infrastructure and network operations — supervise connectivity, equipment, and tech services to ensure business continuity and diagnose issues before they impact the operation.

Administer cloud platforms and backup systems — manage corporate cloud environments and oversee backup, synchronization, and disaster recovery mechanisms to protect critical information.

Enforce IT policies and security standards — implement and monitor information security policies, access controls, and IT resource usage guidelines, supporting compliance with standards such as BASC.

Coordinate with technology vendors — manage technical relationships with internet, infrastructure, hardware, software, and cybersecurity providers, ensuring service delivery and accountability.

Drive continuous improvement and IT governance — identify risks, propose enhancements, and establish controls and procedures that centralize, standardize, and strengthen the company's technology management.

Requirements

Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Technology, or related field — with a solid foundation in IT infrastructure, security, and operations.

3+ years of hands-on experience in IT administration — managing corporate environments, user access, and technology assets in a business setting.

Proven expertise in Google Workspace administration — managing users, permissions, licenses, security policies, and organizational configurations at scale.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity — experience with firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, access controls, and IT risk prevention.

Experience with infrastructure and network management — able to diagnose and resolve connectivity, equipment, and service issues independently.

Familiarity with identity and access management — understanding of secure onboarding, offboarding, and credential administration processes.

Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to maintain accurate inventories, documentation, procedures, and controls.

Basic technical English (B1 minimum) — able to read documentation, configure international platforms, and communicate with vendors.

Nice to Have

Experience with Microsoft environments and ERP systems — able to integrate and support mixed-platform ecosystems.

Knowledge of IT frameworks or standards — familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or similar governance models.

Scripting or automation skills — able to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Experience supporting international or distributed teams — comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with remote users.
