Empresaconfidencial is seeking a senior IT professional to manage and maintain IT equipment and systems on-site, with Fridays from home. The role covers server configurations, backups monitoring, and security updates, while collaborating on IT infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of IT experience, strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in IT-related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to assist non-technical users.
• Proactive approach to IT process improvements.
• Education: Technical or Technologist degree only.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Perform system and software installations and configurations on servers.
• Provide second-level technical support.
• Monitor backups, vulnerability scans, and security updates.
• Participate in IT infrastructure development and maintenance.
• Manage IT equipment inventory and procurement processes.
• Provide timely follow-up on support requests.
• Define strategic plans for technology infrastructure development.

100% on-site Monday to Thursday, Fridays working from home.

Direct employment with the company.

• Manage and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Perform system and software installations and configurations on servers.
• Provide second-level technical support.
• Support the monitoring of backups, vulnerability scans, security bulletins, and updates to equipment and operating systems.
• Participate in the improvement, development, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
• Manage the inventory of IT equipment and technological resources.
• Provide timely follow-up on support requests.
• Participate in the procurement, selection, and negotiation processes with IT service and equipment providers.
• Support the preparation and review of procedures and user instructions.
• Participate in defining strategic plans for the development of the technology infrastructure.
