Traffic Tech in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to ensure accurate, timely payments to suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will process invoices, reconcile statements, and support payment runs in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AP, strong English skills, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software. This role offers growth, collaboration, and a direct impact on our global operations.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with ACCPAC is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Process invoices, employee expense reports, and supplier payments.
• Manage check and EFT payment runs.
