Publicis Sapient in Bogotá is seeking an Internal Communications Intern to help shape our internal messaging and employee engagement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience across content development, event support, and change management.

You will create and distribute newsletters and presentations, collaborate with stakeholders, manage databases in Excel and Mailchimp, and contribute to reports and dashboards tracking engagement and campaign results.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Fluent English at B2 level (Versant validated).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in creating and distributing internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop engaging content.
• Organize and update databases using tools such as Excel, Mailchimp, and Populo.
• Support the design and implementation of internal communication plans and strategies.
• Prepare reports and dashboards with data on engagement metrics and campaign results.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with employee engagement activities including town halls and team-building events.
• Support logistics and coordination for office-related activities.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team.

As our Internal Communications Intern, you will be at the forefront of shaping our internal communication initiatives, playing a vital role in strengthening the bond between our organization and its valued employees. Your Impact:

• Assist in creating and distributing internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop engaging content.

• Support the design and implementation of internal communication plans and strategies.
• Prepare reports and dashboards with data and analysis on communication performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, including town halls, team-building events, and other internal activations.
• Support logistics and coordination for office-related activities.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut.
• Understanding of internal communications principles and best practices.
• People-oriented, with the ability to interact and engage with diverse audiences.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
