AstraZeneca plc in Bogotá is seeking an Internal Communication Specialist to plan and execute internal communications across the Andean region. You will manage channels, content, and campaigns, working with Human Resources to strengthen culture, employee engagement, sense of belonging, and participation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of experience in internal or corporate communications, excellent writing, and Advanced English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Organizational Communications, or related field.
• Minimum four years of professional experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
• Experience managing digital channels, content, and campaigns.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong digital skills in Teams, Copilot, AZChatGPT, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Mansioni

• Support the development and execution of the internal communications plan.
• Create and adapt content for different internal audiences.
• Manage the editorial calendar and channels, including Workvivo.
• Develop internal content, newsletters, audiovisual materials, and leadership communications.
• Partner with HR on culture, employee experience, recognition, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
• Support AstraZeneca’s employee ambassador program and promote stories that reflect culture and impact.
• Coordinate local adaptation of regional and global communication initiatives.
• Support leaders and internal teams in planning communications, meetings, and events.
• Monitor reach, engagement, and effectiveness metrics across channels and campaigns.
• Manage vendors, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
