Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on engineering with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with a cloud-first approach.
• Experience in SOX-regulated environments.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience.
• Experience with Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Vendor and MSP management exposure.
• 24x7 international operations experience (US & EMEA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
• Implement observable, secure and fault-tolerant infra solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as escalation point for day-to-day operations.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects across the landscape.
• Lead infra and systems and application projects.
• Vendor management for hardware, software and services.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office staff.
