AgileEngine is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-prem and cloud environments. You will implement observable, secure, fault-tolerant solutions and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.

Require 6+ years with enterprise networks, cloud (AWS/Azure), and AD; experience in SOX environments and disaster recovery. Flexible schedule with remote/office options and vendor management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment and software.
• Deploy and administer firewalls, switches, and wireless infra.
• Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory expertise.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure (cloud-first).
• SOX-regulated environment experience.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Office 365 services (Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Vendors and MSP interactions; strong documentation mindset.
• Upper-intermediate English; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-prem and cloud.
• Lead secure, observable, and fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as escalation point for day-to-day ops; mentor staff.
• Plan and execute infra projects; lifecycle management and patching.
• Vendor management for hardware, software, and services.
• Support global operations across remote and office-based users.
