Qualificações

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a mix of Associates degree plus experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce or other)
• Demonstrated learning agility and ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge
• Accurately type 40 WPM
• Ability to multi-task and stay accurate under stress

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls from external customers and process sales orders by phone
• Assess inquiries and route to the appropriate person or department
• Own customer issues and ensure commitments are met on time
• Expedite urgent orders to meet delivery needs
• Escalate concerns to supervisors and collaborate on resolution
• Inform customers of order status changes and delivery updates
