Visa is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi‑initiative programs across product and technology teams. This role requires proactive, execution‑driven leadership in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

You will drive planning, dependencies, and delivery readiness, escalating risks and enabling alignment across global teams, vendors, and internal partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of program or project management within technology or product environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing, and highly matrixed environments.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and program financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate large-scale programs composed of multiple interdependent initiatives
• Orchestrate execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Client Services teams
• Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
• Drive accountability across stakeholders without direct authority
• Ensure end-to-end readiness for key milestones, releases, and program deliverables
• Step in to unblock teams, drive decisions, or lead execution directly when required
• Drive execution frameworks (Agile or hybrid) and support detailed execution when needed
• Provide executive-level reporting with clear risks, trade-offs, and decisions required
• Use tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, Tableau to drive transparency
• Promote execution discipline and continuous improvement
