Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a Paralegal to work closely with legal support staff, operations, and attorneys in its dedicated immigration practice. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, prepare defense strategies, and conduct final reviews before escalation to attorneys.

The role includes maintaining legal files and coordinating client correspondence. The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years of paralegal/legal support experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Formación

• 3-6+ year relevant paralegal/legal support experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex case workflows, coordinate across functions, and resolve escalations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related legal/ops tools (e.g., Dropbox, SharePoint, CRM).
• Possesses excellent English interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsabilidades

• Understand requirements and processes for many law firm practices and types of cases including but not limited to VAWA, T-Visa, U-visa, I-589, EOIR 42-B, and Consular Processing cases.
• Evaluate and handle responses to client escalations and help identify how to move the case forward or improve the process.
• Process immigration court-related non- electronic filings to U.S. Immigration Courts across the country.
• Under the supervision of an attorney, help prepare legal training, templates, or scripts for operational teams.
• Partner with operational teams to provide strategic insight and additional thoughts on the case process and legal workflows that improve the process.
• Conduct thorough reviews of full court case files prior to preparing our clients for court appearances
• Prepare clients for individual hearings, ensuring they understand their case and what to expect
