Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Colombia is seeking an Imaging Technician PSI I/II to perform quality control on personalized surgical instruments, verify patient images and support PSI manufacturing. You will act as SME and may lead others in imaging duties.

The role also involves training new staff, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to continuous improvement while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to PSI instructions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Imaging Technician PSI I/II experience or equivalent.
• Relevant Professional diploma preferred (3D mechanical drawing).
• Ability to train new hired resources on all modules.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME and may lead others
• Expert in Imaging Technician responsibilities and proficient in all duties
• Trains new team members on all modules
• Verifies and approves patient medical images received from clients following e-Manufacturing instructions
• Quality Control on patient medical images Segmentations, custom instruments
• Maintains case records properly documented according to PSI e-Manufacturing instructions
• Takes part in continuous improvement activities
• Participate in the resolution of user complaints and non-conformities related to PSI product and communicates with clients
• Participate in new product introductions (design transfer)
• Meets productivity and quality standards
