Alignerr is seeking an Image Description Specialist for AI training. This fully remote, hourly contract role involves writing rich, accurate descriptions to help AI systems learn to interpret visual content.

The position offers a flexible schedule with 10–40 hours per week and freelance autonomy. No background in photography, art, or AI is required—just sharp observational skills and clear, descriptive English writing.

What You'll Do

• Write detailed, structured descriptions of images — capturing objects, scenes, actions, spatial relationships, and context
• Identify and label key visual elements across a wide variety of image types, including photographs, illustrations, diagrams, and charts
• Follow clear formatting guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across large image sets
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across high-volume batches
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
