You'll be responsible for optimizing and evolving the talent acquisition technology ecosystem, driving improvements in ATS workflows, and translating business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience with iCIMS and strong technical problem-solving skills. - 6+ years of experience administering iCIMS.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a highly analytical approach.
- Experience in building or restructuring recruiting workflows.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.

- Provide day-to-day administration and support for the iCIMS ATS platform.
- Troubleshoot system issues using logical and analytical thinking.
- Implement system enhancements and new feature configurations.
- Support and maintain API integrations including HR data mart reporting APIs.
