Medtronic is seeking a hybrid Territory Sales professional in Medellín, Colombia, to drive adoption and growth of the Surgical Sutures portfolio. You will build relationships with surgeons, hospital procurement, and OR staff, while executing focused account plans across a dynamic healthcare market.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in healthcare sales, strong English (B2), and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• 3+ years of sales/account management experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales objectives.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strategic, results-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Drive adoption of the Surgical Sutures portfolio across priority healthcare institutions.
• Develop and execute focused account plans with Territory Managers and Sales Reps.
• Build relationships with surgeons, procurement, OR staff, and hospital admins.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and create strategies to increase utilization.
• Lead educational activities (in-services, workshops, training, clinical support).
• Coordinate commercial initiatives including formulary expansion and purchasing meetings.
• Provide market intel on competitors, customer needs, and trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Sales Leadership, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams.
