Chubb IT in Bogotá is seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our LATAM/North America Platforms Team. You will ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of critical enterprise applications while collaborating with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SRE/production support, strong PowerShell, Python, and .NET skills, plus extensive experience with modern monitoring and observability platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Application Support roles.
• Strong PowerShell scripting, Python programming, and .NET debugging skills.
• Experience with monitoring/observability platforms (ELK, Splunk, Kibana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Application Insights).

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and enhance reliability and performance of production applications.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues, including RCA and performance debugging.
• Program and debug .NET applications to support stability and reliability goals.
