Job summary

T-Mapp is seeking a CI Production Services & SRE Lead to direct the Site Reliability Engineering and Production Services function from Bogotá. You will ensure reliability, availability, security, and performance of critical production apps, bridging software engineering with operations to implement automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, platform engineering, or production operations.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or as senior individual contributor.
• Strong RCA and memory debugging expertise.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK, Kibana, App Insights).
• Relational DB knowledge, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in production-critical environments, incident response, and reliability.
• Strong automation, performance optimization, and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Drive reliability, availability, and performance of critical applications (target 99.9% uptime).
• Establish and manage SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
• Lead major incident response, RCA, blameless post-mortems, and remediation.
• Design observability frameworks using metrics, logs, and traces.
• Drive automation and self-healing to reduce manual toil.
• Establish production readiness reviews and change management practices.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and infra teams across the SDLC.
• Oversee capacity planning, performance baselining, and scalability.
