Amadeus in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Service Reliability Engineer to join a hybrid on-site/on-call team. You will monitor large-scale batch jobs, triage incidents, and implement automation to improve pipeline resilience across cloud and on-premises environments.

The role requires strong scripting, observability skills, and collaboration with application owners to ensure timely recovery and root-cause analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in production support or operations, ideally on a 24x7 rotation.
• Familiarity with batch processing and logs analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Run and monitor scheduled batch jobs and data pipelines.
• Triage incidents and coordinate with owners to resolve root causes.
• Improve runbooks and automate repetitive tasks.
• Track batch KPIs and document post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet job dependencies.
