Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Knowledge of T‑SQL querying and database fundamentals.
• Understanding of backups, recovery, and maintenance processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine database administration activities: backups, restores, integrity checks, index maintenance, and statistics updates.
• Monitor database health, performance, availability, and storage across SQL Server environments.
• Support patching, system updates, and change management processes.
• Troubleshoot incidents, connectivity issues, and performance concerns; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with schema changes, deployments, and non-production environments.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and process improvements.
