Third Way Health in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a full-time Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and scale medical front office workflows, including scheduling and inquiries, with real-time voice AI components.

You will work with AWS, Salesforce Health Cloud, and EHR integrations to deliver secure, low-latency services, build tests, and ensure HIPAA compliance while contributing to a collaborative, hybrid engineering culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering.
• Experience in real-time voice AI systems (ASR/TTS) and conversational AI.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and US provider/payer data preferred.
• Experience building modular, scalable apps using JavaScript/Python on cloud services.
• Hands-on with production AI apps featuring real-time voice as a modality.
• Experience in hybrid on-site/remote team environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement production-grade apps for administrative self-service and real-time voice support.
• Ensure low-latency speech processing and reliable conversational interactions.
• Improve telemetry and system reliability with analytics and ML.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance while implementing voice AI solutions.
• Develop automated tests and end-to-end testing guidelines.
• Collaborate with implementation, patient care teams, and partners.
