Nearshore Business Solutions is looking for a skilled Senior AI/Backend Engineer based in Colombia. This role involves designing and implementing scalable AI systems within a secure AWS environment and will significantly impact a multi-agent voice AI platform.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in software engineering, strong expertise in Python development, and a solid understanding of AWS services like ECS/Fargate. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is key for success in this role.

Formación

• 5+ years of senior-level software engineering experience in Python.
• Experience in scalable backend systems and APIs, preferably with FastAPI.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, LLM orchestration, and RAG.
