Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 to oversee and maintain customer accounts, security and pricing data across systems. The role emphasizes data quality improvements and service levels while supporting the manager and guiding junior staff.

The position involves risk-aware decision making, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across teams in a hybrid work environment. A 0-2 year background in data management within financial services is expected.

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management.
• Good awareness of client needs/expectations.
• Financial services qualifications (e.g. IAQ or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day oversight and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data across multiple systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and client service levels.
• Acts as backup for manager; provides direction and guidance to team.
• Responsible for successful delivery of project initiatives and supervision of junior staff.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws and Citigroup policies.
