Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 1 to support data remediation and quality across client static data and market references. This trainee-level role focuses on analyzing data, identifying root causes, and collaborating with global teams to deliver accurate data for risk and operations.

You will own ad-hoc data projects, provide metrics to management and ensure compliance with firm policies while maintaining a strong customer service

Formación

Managing various data remediation work streams.
Experience in maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment.
Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable.
Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and escalate.
Financial services related qualifications.

Responsabilidades

Remediates data in the Clients and Security Coding systems.
Performs trend analysis and identifying root causes.
Implements or suggests solutions based on the root cause analysis.
Liaises with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated.
Provides a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders.
Owns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion.
Provides tangible metrics to Management.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup.
