Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks an FP&A Analyst in Colombia to enhance reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. You will manage sales, gross margin, OPEX, P&L, and innovation reports while supporting discounts and G2N calculations in a hybrid Colombia-based role.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, FP&A experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and English (B2). Travel is 0%. Hybrid model: 50% home, 50% office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial controlling, business controlling, or related finance roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Use Excel and Power BI to manage daily sales reporting, monthly gross margin reporting, and recurring operating expenses (OPEX), profit and loss (P&L), and order reports.
• Support gross-to-net (G2N) processes, including price list control, commercial terms tracking, and the calculation and settlement of discounts and rebates.
• Build and maintain quarterly forecast templates for sales and OPEX, and generate quarterly G2N templates.
• Support variance analysis to help explain business performance and financial results.
• Automate FP&A processes and manage bi-monthly innovation reporting.
