CAE is seeking a LATAM Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. The role delivers HR solutions that support organizational objectives, employee experience, compliance, talent initiatives, and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
• Ability to build partnerships with managers and employees at multiple levels.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent Spanish; Advanced English.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and participate in on-site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders and employees across LATAM to provide HR guidance and support employee relations, investigations, and policy consistency.
• Lead regional HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits, HRIS data, records management, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety requirements across supported countries while aiding risk mitigation and audits.
• Support talent management activities, including recruitment partnerships, onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives through recognition programs, wellness activities, events, and HR metrics.

The LATAM Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. This role delivers HR solutions that support organizational objectives, employee experience, compliance, talent initiatives, and operational excellence. The Human Resources Business Partner collaborates with regional and global stakeholders to support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce needs across the LATAM region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and employees across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru to provide HR guidance, support employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and promote consistent application of company policies and practices.
• Lead and coordinate regional HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits administration, HRIS data management, employee records management, and compliance reporting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and health and safety requirements across supported countries while supporting risk mitigation and audit readiness.
• Support talent management activities, including recruitment partnership, onboarding, workforce planning, employee development, performance management, and learning initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives through recognition programs, wellness activities, employee events, HR metrics reporting, and regional projects designed to enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support HR programs, policy implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, payroll administration, benefits administration, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with managers and employees at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused approach to HR support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional and global environment.
• Fluent Spanish language proficiency.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and participate on‑site visits as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of Human Resources experience in a regional or multi‑country environment.
• Experience supporting HR operations across multiple countries within Latin America.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
• Experience working with HRIS systems, regional compliance requirements, and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
