Iron Mountain is seeking an HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies across LATAM, ensuring strict regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. You will support sustainable growth while partnering with HR, legal, and business leaders to uphold standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of Latin American regulations, fluency in English and Spanish, and preferred Portuguese.

Formación

• Experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, compliance monitoring tools, and industry standards.
• Proven ability in risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement with integrity and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and implement a comprehensive Human Resources compliance framework for the region, leveraging data-driven systems to automate workflows and monitor metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external auditors to embed compliance into operations and advise on regulatory obligations.
• Conduct regular compliance assessments, monitor legal changes, and deliver targeted training to promote ethical business practices.
