The HR Generalist role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to preparing HR documentation, data integrity auditing, job description reviews and leave management processes. The HR Generalist works in collaboration with the HR leadership team supporting multiple sites, functions in Canada and United States while promoting consistency, confidentiality, responsiveness and alignment with company policies, employment legislation and business priorities.
Experience:
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a multi-faceted HR role within a multinational environment or Shared Services Center. Experience with USA and/or Canadian markets is essential, given the regulatory complexity and accuracy requirements of these regions.
Education:
Professional in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
Languages:
Proficiency in English (level B2 or higher) IS REQUIRED to accurately interpret legal and contractual documents.
Proficiency in French IS PREFERRED for operations in Canada to accurately interpret legal and contractual documents.
