Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Hiring Journey Associate to streamline candidate experience and support the recruiting process for client openings. You will be the primary contact between BairesDev and candidates, guiding them through the pipeline and ensuring clear communication.

You will work with a global, top‑tier talent pool, coordinating interviews, assessments, and candidate records with a focus on timely, quality interactions and positive experiences for applicants and clients alike.

• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their process and build relationships during the selection.
• Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Help assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and fit.
• Support candidates before interviews with clients, coordinate interviews and assessments, and participate in client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest.
• Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for Staffing to make informed decisions.

Hiring Journey Associate at BairesDev

As a Hiring Journey Associate, you'll help provide a positive hiring experience for candidates while supporting a smooth and efficient process to meet client needs. You'll be a contact point for communications between BairesDev and candidates in your pipeline, helping advance them within the recruiting process for both internal and external client openings. This is your opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts, building relationships with candidates while supporting client expectations through clear communication and strong candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Help assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and fit.
• Support candidates before interviews with clients, help coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates, and participate in client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest.
• Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for potential fits so that our Staffing team can make informed decisions.
