Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Bogotá, Colombia to engage with key opinion leaders, support medical information needs, and coordinate scientific education activities across the cardiology portfolio.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Medical Affairs, regulatory awareness, and proactive/reactive information exchange with investigators and Bayer personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, pharmacology or medicine; advanced degrees preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related clinical activities.
• Working knowledge of drug development, clinical research and medical literature.

Responsibilities

• Exchange and disseminate scientific information to KOLs as an information scientist and liaison.
• Interact with Medical Societies and advisory boards on Bayer products.
• Participate in congresses and conventions to network with KOLs and gather intelligence.
• Coordinate scientific education activities with KOLs within the therapeutic area.
• Prepare reports and track field activities against objectives.
