Bayer CropScience Limited is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) based in Colombia to engage with key opinion leaders, provide scientific information, and support advisory boards within the Pharmaceuticals division.

The role focuses on cardiology-related products, requires advanced scientific knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams. This temporary full-time position offers diverse field-based activities and data-driven engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, pharmacology or medicine; advanced degrees preferred.
• 2–3 years in pharmaceutical industry or related drug information/clinical research.
• Working knowledge of cardiology and drug development processes.

Aufgaben

• Plan, prepare and engage with KOLs to disseminate scientific data.
• Answer medical queries and support advisory boards.
• Network at congresses to identify contacts and gather competitive intelligence.
• Coordinate scientific education activities and training sessions.
• Prepare reports and track field activities; liaise with investigators.
• KOL identification, profiling, segmentation and engagement planning.
