Perficient seeks an experienced Data Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders. You will translate requirements into functional specs and data mappings, perform end-to-end Source-to-Target Mapping for data migrations, and leverage Databricks Genie and SQL Warehouses for analysis and validation.

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in SQL development and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Databricks SQL Warehouses and Databricks Genie.
• Experience creating and maintaining Source-to-Target Mapping documentation.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data lifecycle management.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and data mappings.
• Perform end-to-end STM for data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives.
• Leverage Databricks Genie and Databricks SQL Warehouses for data analysis and validation.
• Develop complex SQL queries for profiling, reconciliation, validation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Architects on data transformation rules.
• Analyze healthcare payer datasets like member, provider, claims, enrollment, eligibility, and financial data.
• Create data dictionaries, lineage artifacts, and mapping documents.
• Support UAT and data validation activities.
• Identify data quality issues and work with teams to remediate.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout projects.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
