IOM in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Head of Programmes to lead strategic development, implementation and monitoring of all country office programme activities. You will ensure alignment with donor requirements, national strategies and IOM priorities while guiding Programme Officers to maintain coherence across projects.

Responsibilities include fundraising support, reporting, and strengthening high-level government and donor relations, with a focus on learning and learning cultures across programme

Formación

• Master's degree in International Studies or related field; seven years of relevant experience, or a university degree with nine years of experience.
• Experience building high-level relationships with government authorities, donors and international organizations; staff management experience; field work in conflict/post-conflict, emergency and rural development.
• Knowledge of UN and donor programme regulations; ability to manage information; proficiency in English, French, Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development, implementation and monitoring of all CO programme activities; ensure alignment with priorities and donor requirements.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and donor reporting; guide Programme Officers on project development and information management.
• Ensure compliance with IOM policies and donor requirements; promote monitoring, evaluation and learning.
• Support Heads of Sub-Offices and expand partnerships; foster knowledge sharing across the programme.
