Auxis is seeking an experienced Application Security Manager in Bogotá to lead security initiatives across the organization, focusing on App Security, Product Security, AI Security, Secure SDLC, and DevSecOps. You will partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, AI, and TPRM teams to embed security throughout the lifecycle—from design to production.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cybersecurity, strong hands-on in SAST/DAST/SCA, and experience with Veracode and third-party risk assessments.

Formación

• English B2+ or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Application Security, Product Security, or related area.
• Strong experience in Application Security / Product Security and Secure SDLC practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA solutions.
• Experience with Veracode or a comparable platform.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage Veracode platform onboarding and configuration.
• Drive onboarding and define security scanning requirements by risk.
• Integrate application security testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes.
• Review, triage, and analyze findings and vulnerabilities.
• Provide remediation guidance to Product and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate DAST activities across the application portfolio.
• Develop security dashboards, metrics, and leadership-ready insights.
• Establish onboarding, remediation, and exception-management processes.
