Proximus Global, combining Telesign, BICS, and Route Mobile, seeks a Senior Manager, Privacy & Legal Counsel to shape our global privacy program and data protection strategy. You will work with the Chief Legal Officer and leaders across Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Go-to-Market to embed privacy in our products and operations.

The ideal candidate brings extensive global privacy experience, strong legal credentials, and a practical, business-focused mindset to balance compliance

Formación

• JD or equivalent legal qualification with active license.
• 7+ years advising on global privacy matters.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UK GDPR.
• CIPP/CIPM/CIPT or CISSP preferred.
• Balance legal risk with business objectives in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mature the global privacy program across governance, policies, standards, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Advise executive leadership on global data protection laws, privacy risks, product initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
• Embed Privacy by Design across the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Lead PIAs and DPAs for new products and data processing activities.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs, Data Sharing Agreements, SCCs, and governance documentation.
• Monitor GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UK GDPR and other frameworks; translate requirements into scalable practices.
• Oversee data subject rights operations and regulatory deadline management.
• Lead privacy incident response with Security and Legal teams.
