Third Way Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time Analytics Manager to build and lead our core analytics function.

You will own the full analytics stack—from data warehousing and governance to modeling and reporting—empowering clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders with reliable, timely data. You will lead a team of analysts, ensure data quality, and translate complex outputs into clear business value, while fostering a data-driven culture aligned with our values to act as one team and

Formación

• 5+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI with 2+ years leading a team.
• Cloud data warehousing with data modeling and schema design.
• Proven ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and ad-hoc data exploration.
• BI/visualization tools proficiency and audience-aware reporting.
• Experience with data governance and HIPAA/compliance.
• Background in statistical modeling or forecasting.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare technology background is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own the analytics stack end-to-end from data warehouse to visualization.
• Build and manage the data warehouse with dimensional modeling and star schemas.
• Establish a data catalog and metadata management practice.
• Develop and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines with monitoring.
• Guide integration with source systems and APIs.
• Enforce data governance and compliance policies (HIPAA).
• Maintain analytical models and algorithms for risk scoring and forecasting.
• Deliver insights through Tableau, Grafana, or SQL-access for stakeholders.
• Partner with product, commercial, and operations teams to translate questions into data requirements.
• Build and mentor an analytics team of analysts.
