Brazilian Lumber seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid traffic lifecycle with a growth-hacker mindset. You will design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta and Google, pushing for superior unit economics and scalable results.

Lead technical setup, GA4 event configurations, and creative testing while reporting ROAS and lead quality to management. Expect travel as needed and a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing budgets between $50k–$100k/month.
• Proven track record lowering CPA or scaling ROAS.
• Professional-level English (B2/C1); able to present to management.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Funnel Architecture: design and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Technical Integrity & Hygiene: manage GA4 events, UTM governance, and pixel health.
• Budget Defense & Traffic Quality: protect ad spend, manage exclusions to reduce waste.
• Creative Strategy & Iteration: lead data-driven creative briefs and asset testing.
• Rapid Experimentation: maintain A/B testing roadmap for landing pages and ads.
• Stakeholder Reporting: translate metrics into insights on ROAS and scalability.
