Algofy is seeking a Paid Ads Manager in Colombia to drive performance across a portfolio of client accounts. You will plan, manage, optimize, and analyze campaigns across paid search and paid social to deliver measurable growth.

• 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience in digital marketing or an ad agency.
• Strong experience managing both paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads or similar platforms is preferred.
• Programmatic experience with DV360 or The Trade Desk is a plus.
• Experience managing meaningful client budgets across multiple accounts.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding, tracking, attribution, and optimization.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, reporting tools, and CRM data is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage paid media strategies across paid search and paid social.
• Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Recommend channel mix, budget allocation, targeting, bidding, and campaign structure.
• Manage campaigns from awareness to retention across the funnel.
• Ensure paid media supports wider client goals.
• Identify opportunities to test new platforms and formats.
• Support programmatic campaigns when relevant.
• Monitor performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Turn campaign data into insights and actionable recommendations.
