Formación

• Proficient, near-native English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showing flyers, posters, and social media designs.
• Experience designing for US-based clients; home services experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Open to feedback and collaborate with remote teams.
• Availability to overlap with PST working hours.

Responsabilidades

As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in creating impactful designs—from flyers and social media posts to website visuals that help our clients stand out. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Graphic Designers at Advantagy craft effective visual content by understanding each client's brand, goals, and audience. In this role, you'll:

• Design engaging flyers, posters, social media graphics, and other digital materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Adapt designs across multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• (Ideally) contribute to web design projects - experience in this area is a plus but not required.
• Bring creative ideas to life for clients in the home service industry and beyond.

REQUIREMENTS
