Job summary

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a capable Graphic Designer to create marketing materials and partner-facing visuals. You will turn campaign ideas into flyers, digital assets, and sales collateral that reflect Tudip and partner brand guidelines.

Design across social media, emails, websites, and paid ads while ensuring brand consistency, managing co-branded assets, and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in B2B or tech.
• Strong portfolio showing campaign design and marketing collateral.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with brand guidelines and consistent designs across formats.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for joint marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and events.
• Create flyers, brochures, one-pagers, presentations, banners, infographics, and collateral.
• Develop visuals for social media, email campaigns, websites, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with partner teams, marketing, and sales to understand objectives, audiences, and messaging.
• Apply partner logos and brand guidelines accurately across co-branded materials.
• Manage feedback and approval cycles with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Prepare final files for digital publishing and print production.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and approved collateral.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design assets for joint marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and events.

Required Skills andExperience

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in B2B marketing, technology, or anagency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign design, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and creating consistent designs across formats.
• Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating with external partners.
• Ability to translate briefs into effective designs, incorporate feedback, and managecompeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of print specifications, file formats, and digital asset requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating co-branded campaigns or partner marketing materials.
• Presentation design skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
• Familiarity with technology services, cloud, data, orAI marketing.
