The role involves designing concepts, campaigns, and assets, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Advanced English is required, and motion graphics experience is a strong asset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Motion graphics experience is a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and color theory.
• Experience creating marketing and advertising materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Advanced English level (required).

Responsabilidades

• Design concepts, layouts, and visual assets aligned with our brand identity.
• Produce digital and print marketing materials, including campaigns, newsletters, and collateral.
• Create graphics for websites, social media, and multimedia projects.
• Edit and enhance images while maintaining typography, color, and visual consistency.
• Organize and maintain design assets and templates.
• Update and adapt existing materials as needed.
• Review deliverables and propose quality improvements.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Bogotá and help bring our brand to life through creative, impactful, and engaging visual content.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets aligned with our brand identity
• Produce marketing materials including digital and print campaigns, newsletters, email marketing, trade show collateral, and internal communications
• Create graphics and layouts for websites, social media, and multimedia projects
• Edit and enhance images while maintaining consistency in typography, color, and overall visual style
• Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and creative files
• Update and adapt existing creative materials as needed
• Review final deliverables and recommend improvements to maximize quality and impact

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• Motion graphics experience is a strong asset
