Seamless Assist is seeking a GoHighLevel Specialist to own end-to-end automation, lead nurturing, trial bookings, onboarding and retention campaigns for a US gym business. You will build funnels, pipelines and reporting while serving as first-line support for the owner and front-desk staff. Fluent English and EST availability are required.

Remote role suitable for candidates in LatAm with 2+ years of hands-on GHL experience and solid integration skills with Zapier, Make, n8n or webhooks.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year in customer support.
• Experience with Zapier/Make/n8n or webhooks.

• Own GoHighLevel end-to-end workflows, campaigns and reporting.
• Lead nurture workflows, trial bookings, onboarding and retention campaigns.
• Manage funnels and pipelines and provide meaningful insights from data.

Remote role for a US gym business needing someone to own GoHighLevel end to end: lead nurture workflows, trial bookings, member onboarding, retention and reactivation campaigns, funnels, pipelines and reporting. Also acts as first-line support for the owner and front-desk staff, training them and documenting processes.
