Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Transaction Services Analyst to maintain and process account and portfolio records across multiple countries for Citi's Treasury and Trade Services.

You will execute daily account maintenance activities, including activations and status changes, and support overdraft reporting across products such as Securities, Cash, Trade, and Letters of Credit. This hybrid role offers cross-border exposure and on-the-job learning.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting and data analysis.
• Intermediate English for written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Treasury and Trade Services, Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, Foreign Exchange, or Letters of Credit.
• Ability to manage deadlines and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute account maintenance tasks, including activations, status changes, and field adjustments on client accounts and basic records.
• Open and amend Letters of Credit, process payments, and resolve customer issues to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Create and maintain reporting on overdraft lines and other account-related data points.
• Set up basic records and portfolios within internal systems, supporting products across multiple countries.
• Analyze incoming data and processes to identify the right course of action when requests are unclear.
• Suggest and apply process improvements as a subject matter expert for your assigned products.
• Respond to requests from internal teams, external clients, and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency to protect Citi, its clients, and their assets.
