The International Organization for Migration in Bogotá is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring compliant procurement and timely delivery of goods and services to beneficiaries.

Under the supervision of the Chief of Mission and the Resources Management Officer, the officer will coordinate with the Regional Office for America and the Caribbean in Panama and the Supply Chain Division at Headquarters to optimize price, quality and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with Regional Office for America and The Caribbean (AMCA) in Panama and the Supply Chain Division at Headquarters (HQ) to ensure efficient procurement and distribution.

Organizational Context and Scope

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and direct supervision of the Resources Management Officer (RMO), and in close collaboration with the Regional Office (RO) for America and The Carribean (AMCA) in Panama, and in coordination with the Supply Chain Division at Headquarters (HQ), the Supply Chain Officer will be responsible and accountable for supply chain activities, guided by Supply Chain Management (SCM) objectives to deliver quality goods/services to the beneficiaries at optimal price and in a timely manner.
