Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Business & Process Excellence Manager located in Envigado, Colombia. You will drive enterprise process improvements, partner with cross-functional leaders, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, standardize processes, and monitor KPIs while ensuring regulatory alignment and data-driven decision making. This is a high-impact, on-site role requiring up to 20% travel.

Formación

• Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in business process improvement or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the identification, analysis, and improvement of core business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Partner with functional and regional leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps and measurable initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to map current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
• Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and metrics to improve quality, compliance and efficiency.
• Manage and track process improvement projects, ensuring delivery against timelines and targets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and support data-driven decisions.
• Support change management including stakeholder engagement, communication and training.
• Coach and mentor team members on process excellence tools and best practices.
• Ensure activities align with Credo values, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
