Mastercard Colombia, Inc. in Bogotá seeks a Manager, Business Analysis to lead a global team responsible for pricing and billing initiatives within the MCBS system.

You will coordinate revisions, enhancements, testing, documentation, and stakeholder notifications to ensure accurate, timely updates and alignment with business objectives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, plus experience in business analysis or project management (Lean Six Sigma, Agile).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager with Lean Six Sigma and Agile.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and participate in review revisions; changes; enhancements; testing; documentation; and member notification of product and pricing enhancements and/or business opportunities.
• Work closely with developers and requesters to identify data and functional requirements in new pricing constructs.
• Ensure development objectives are accomplished; user testing is performed; and member notification is prepared timely.
• Evaluate pricing requests to determine feasibility; define alternatives and recommend optimal pricing solutions.
• Develop and manage project and performance plans, aligning costs and tasks for on-time delivery.
• Ensure methodology compliance; document and escalate issues; report to management; investigate processes as needed.
• Coach, direct, and develop team members to achieve goals and positive culture.
