J.P. Morgan is seeking a Product Executive Director to lead the ACAC Payments Product team with end-to-end accountability for deployment and management across 20+ jurisdictions.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in payments, transaction banking, or financial services with program or product management.
• Knowledge of the Colombian local Corporate Cash Management Market.
• Experience in USD Clearing and offshore Cash Management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in new product release and deployment processes and strategies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction for Product efforts in coordination with Sales teams.
• Act as central point of contact for regional product efforts.
• Coordinate cross-product team efforts for efficiency and impact.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery including intake, release management, and performance reporting.
• Own New Product Assessment process and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain visibility of timelines, blockers, and resourcing; liaise with partners.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and remove obstacles.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with senior stakeholders to drive decisions.
