JPMorganChase Bogotá is seeking a senior leader to drive product deployment and management across 20+ jurisdictions within ACAC Payments. The Executive Director will coordinate diverse product teams, bridge business, operations and technology, and deliver strategic priorities across all Lines of Business.

The role requires a visionary leader with strong program management, cross‑functional influence, and fluent English and Spanish, capable of guiding risk, controls, and regulatory adherence

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in payments, transaction banking, or financial services, with a strong track record in program or product management.
• Knowledge of the Colombian local Corporate Cash Management Market.
• Experience in USD Clearing & offshore Cash Management.
• Knowledge of the Central America and Caribbean Markets is a plus.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in new product release and deployment processes and strategies.
• Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction for Product efforts in close coordination with Sales teams.
• Act as central point of contact for the ACAC Payments Head for all regional product efforts.
• Coordinate efforts across different product teams to ensure cross‑impact analysis and opportunities to leverage initiatives for efficiencies.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Direct activities across end-to-end product delivery including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, feasibility decisions, and performance reporting.
• Own the New Product Assessment (PDA) process and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain visibility over product timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, and liaise with stakeholders and partners.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and unblock obstacles to progress.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with senior stakeholders to provide updates and drive decisions.

Job Description

The Product Executive Director will serve as a senior leader within the ACAC Payments Product team, with end-to-end accountability for driving product deployment and management in all 20+ jurisdictions. A key part of the role will be to coordinate the different product teams to ensure good coordination. This role is critical to the franchise, requiring a visionary and strategic leader who can seamlessly bridge business, operations, technology, orchestrate complex cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic priorities across all Lines of Business (LOBs). The Executive Director will be a catalyst for change, fostering collaboration, removing obstacles, and elevating the organization’s payments capabilities to new standards of excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for Product efforts in close coordination with Sales teams.
• Act as central point of contact for the ACAC Payments Head for all regional (ACAC) product efforts.
• Coordinate efforts across different product teams to ensure good cross‑impact analysis and opportunities to leverage different initiatives to generate efficiencies.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Direct principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision‑making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
• Own the New Product Assessment (PDA) process, coordinate with functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, breaking down silos and unblocking obstacles to progress.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with senior stakeholders to provide updates, elevate issues, and drive decision‑making.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• 10+ years of experience in payments, transaction banking, or financial services, with a strong track record in program or product management.
• Knowledge of the Colombian local Corporate Cash Management Market.
• Experience in USD Clearing & offshore Cash Management.
• Knowledge of the Central America and Caribbean Markets is a plus.
