Job summary

Jeeves, a leading fintech platform, seeks a Head of Global Partnerships to design and scale a diverse partner ecosystem across brokers, banks, and networks. You will drive end-to-end partnerships, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to scale globally, including LatAm and North America.

The role is based in Bogotá with hybrid work, requiring strong leadership, strategic vision, and cross-cultural execution across regions.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled multiple partnership programs across diverse categories.
• International experience across North America, LatAm, and/or EMEA preferred.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale Jeeves' multi-type partnership ecosystem.
• Expand broker and channel performance across regions.
• Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle from sourcing to performance management.
• Influence internal teams to embed partner-led growth.
