Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced English level (B2–C2) is required.
• 3+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
• Enforce paid Social best practices with platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery; ensure high output quality for regional teams.
• Serve as point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
• Line manage 2-5 direct reports.
• Provide timely and actionable feedback to aid development and recognition for good performance.
