O-I is seeking a Global Process Owner for Opportunity to Cash (O2C) to lead end-to-end process strategy and transformation. You will standardize, automate, and govern O2C across regions, partnering with Commercial, Finance, IT, Treasury, and Legal to ensure compliance and cost efficiency. This role reports to Global Business Services leadership.

You will drive KPI governance, oversee third-party MSPs, and champion data-driven improvements to cash flow and DSO while advancing digital enablement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and leadership.
• 7+ years in a GBS/multi-functional shared services environment.
• Proven collaboration with Commercial, Finance, IT, Treasury and HR teams.
• Strong ability to lead through influence and drive change.
• Experience implementing global processes with SAP, CRM and credit tools.
• Knowledge of SOX and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive long-term O2C strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
• Develop a global transformation roadmap for digital enablement and standardization.
• Own policies, governance, and KPIs for end-to-end O2C performance.
• Lead cross-functional governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee external MSPs in O2C execution and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Treasury on cash flow and DSO improvements.
• Drive CRM/ERP integration and automation initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement across regions and functions.
• Mentor and develop a global team of experts and change agents.
