Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Network Orchestration professional to design and realize the future-state supply chain network for MedTech. You will coordinate transition plans across regions, work with Operations, IT, Procurement and partners to ensure smooth cutover and governance.

Formación

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting operational transitions, network changes, site implementations, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, including warehouse and transportation processes.
• Experience managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a global, matrix organization with strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and coordination of network transition activities across distribution sites, regions, and functions.
• Develop and maintain detailed transition plans, trackers, and governance documentation to support execution of network changes.
• Track transition milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution where required.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure readiness of operational, systems, infrastructure, and partner-related activities supporting transitions.
• Support execution of site transition activities, including coordination of cutover planning and stabilization.
